Dip Your Toes into Conservation at the Coastal Region Library

On Thursday, October 16 at 1:00 PM, come to the Coastal Region Library IN Crystal River for Marine Debris: Protecting Our Waters, a presentation exploring environmental conservation and marine debris hosted by the Big Bend Seagrass Aquatic Preserves staff. During this program, you’ll learn how trash and plastics impact our waters and local wildlife, as well as some things you can do to make a difference!
Following the presentation, attendees will take part in a fun, interactive activity designed to highlight the challenges of marine debris and showcase how collective action can make a difference.
Perfect for all ages, the program offers a unique opportunity to connect with environmental experts, deepen understanding of conservation, and gain inspiration for protecting Florida’s natural treasures.
