Fire in the Sky: Exploring Meteors

Have you ever wished upon a shooting star? How about on a pile of metal and rock? You may be surprised to learn that they’re the same thing. Shooting stars have been an important part of scientific discovery and storytelling alike, but no matter how you talk about them they’re always fascinating! Join the SETS Foundation for a special presentation on Saturday, July 22 at 11:00 AM to learn all about the journey of these special space rocks from creation to their final crash landing on Earth.

Seating is limited and registration is required. Please register with our online calendar, in person, or by calling us at (352) 742-6622.
