Seeking Applications for Citrus County Special Library District Advisory Board
The Citrus County Special Library District is seeking applications for five (5) positions on the Special Library District Advisory Board. This Advisory Board is seeking qualified members for two-year terms that will expire on January 31, 2024. Eligible applicants must be a qualified elector of Citrus County.
The Special Library District Advisory Board currently meets the fourth Tuesday of every other month at the Lecanto Government Building, 3600 W Sovereign Path, Room #166, Lecanto. The purpose of this Board is to advise the Board of County Commissioners on public libraries’ budget, policies, services, and other pertinent matters. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 8:00am.
Applications will be accepted until Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Nominations and appointments will occur at the Tuesday, April 26, 2022, meeting of the Special Library District Governing Board.
