Local Author Talk: “Treasures of the Trails”
On Monday, April 22nd, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, the Floral City Library welcomes authors Tom Craig and Max Schulman for a fascinating discussion the extensive trail network of this green belt corridor extending from the Gulf of Mexico to the St. Johns River.
Their new book “Treasures of the Trails,” highlights 21 segments or day trips, that can be enjoyed on foot, by kayak, bike, or horse. This 110 mile linear park that is more than a mile wide in places and hosts over 300 miles of trails named The Marjorie Harris Carr Cross Florida Greenway.
