Computers & Wi-fi

All Library locations have public computers and Wi-fi available for use. Connect your device or laptop to our Wi-fi for easy access. Research and study using databases available only inside branches. Print, copy, or scan documents by using our computers.


Printing Options

Cost Per Page:

$0.15 Black & White

$0.30 Full Color

Only $1 & $5 bills, and nickels, dimes, and quarters are accepted at the Print Stations. Change is only given in coins.

Where to get your prints

Retrieve your print jobs from the Printing Station, located at each library. If you send a print job using the online portal or by email, you can get your prints at any Citrus library branch.

Instructions for retrieving your print job:

  1. Submit your print job by printing from a library computer, the online portal, or by email.
  2. Go to a Printing Station located at any Citrus Library branch.
  3. Enter your Library Card Barcode or Guest Name at the Printing Station.
  4. Insert your payment and submit the print on the screen.

 

Print from Home or Mobile Device

Print from home or your mobile device using our online printing portal. Upload documents and retrieve your items at the Printing Station at any library.

Instructions for using the online printing portal:

  1. Access the portal here: https://citrus.eprintitsaas.com/public/upload
  2. Click the “Select Files” button or drag and drop your files.
  3. Select the either Black & White or Color.
  4. Add additional files if printing multiple items.
  5. Enter your Library Card Barcode or your name.
  6. Enter optional information to receive a receipt, either email mobile phone number, or both.
  7. When finished, click the “Submit” button.
  8. Follow the instructions on the screen at any Printing Station located all library branches to get your prints.

Email your Print Job

Email your print job and print later at the your library.

Email your print job by:

  1. Log into your email provider.
  2. Create a new email.
  3. Attach the items you want printed.
  4. Send your email to one of the listed email addresses below:
  5. You’ll receive an email confirming your print job along with instructions on how to release it to a printer.
  6. Get your print job at the Printing Station at any library branch. You can release the print by typing in your email username (everything before the @ symbol) into the print kiosk.

Print in Branch

Print in branch from your flash drive, email, website, or other personal storage while logged into one of our public computers.

Copying

The copy machine is located at the Printing Station. Copies can be made in black & white or in color.

Scanning

Use our designated scanning station and scan your documents to a flash drive, cloud storage, or email your scanned files.

Using our scanning station does not have a fee, however, sessions are limited to a single 15 minute session if there are others waiting.

Using Our Computers


A Library card is needed to use our computers. Three one-hour sessions are allowed per day with your library card. If you don’t have a library card, you can sign up for one in person or sign up for a library card online.

If you don’t qualify for a free library card, you can use a guest pass for the computers at any of our branches by showing your ID. Three 20-minute sessions are allowed per day when using a guest pass.

Computers are available on a first come,  first served basis, if no computers are available you can sign up for the next available opening using each branches designated computer Sign-up station.

We offer computer test proctoring services. If you need to reserve a computer for an online test, you can call or come in to reserve a computer up to 1 week ahead.

All computers automatically shutdown 15 minutes before the library closes.

All of our computers are public, please use the appropriate precautions when using our computers.

Using Library Wi-Fi


Indoor Wi-Fi

Free public Wi-Fi is available at all of our libraries for your device. Connect your tablet, phone, laptop or other device, no library card needed.

Connect inside your library by selecting the Wi-Fi signal with the name of the library in it, such as “Lakes Region Wi-Fi.”

Library Wi-Fi is a public connection, please use the appropriate precautions when connecting.

Outdoor and Parking Lot Wi-Fi

Outdoor Wi-Fi is available at all library branches and the parking lot surrounding. Outdoor Wi-Fi is available from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, 7 days a week.

Coming soon will be designated parking spots.

Connect to Outdoor Wi-Fi by selecting “Branch Name” Outdoor Wifi in your Wi-Fi connections list. Click “Continue to the Internet” on the log in page.
