The ASK a Librarian service is
designed to handle requests similar to those asked at the reference desk
in the library or by telephone. It is helpful to know the purpose of
your request (assignment for school, work related, etc.) and any other
pertinent details that you think would be useful.
There are two formats in which reference
questions are answered. You can choose to either:
Chat
Live with a Reference Librarian
With the exception of holidays, the chat option is available:
- Sunday through Thursday, 10am -
Midnight
- Friday and Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm.
This online reference service is staffed
by real librarians from public, academic, and special libraries
throughout Florida.
